We are happy to exchange your item(s) for store credit or for another available item of equal value.
All sales and discounted Items are FINAL SALE.
Orders cannot be canceled once they are placed.
Item must be sent back to Desired Clothing within 14 days of the day you receive your order. Eligible items will only be accepted for store credit. Absolutely NO REFUNDS will be given. Once we receive your package we will inspect it and credit your account (minus the shipping the cost)
Return items must be unworn and unwashed free of stains from makeup, deodorant, or wear. Products with a removed hygiene seal (bodysuits/swimsuits) are not eligible for return. Any returned items that appear to have been worn, washed, or damaged in any way will be returned to you at your expense.
All items are returned to Desired Clothing at the expense of the customer. Inside your return package please enclose your information name, email, phone number, order number and address. If we do not receive this information we cannot credit your account.
Note: All merchandise is inspected thoroughly before shipping we cannot take fault on damaged items after they are worn. Zipper/buttons are tested before fulfilling orders to reassure they are working properly. Items are also inspected for any rips/stains before shipping it out. Desired Clothing is not responsible for any items that are damaged in any way during the process of trying it on.
- In the return slip, kindly note the size, color, and style you’re exchanging the item for.
- Place the item(s) back into the same packaging it was received in. (this step is optional- however, using the same package will save you on your shipping costs)
- Purchase a return label from the carrier of your choice.
- Ship the item(s) back to the address provided. (First class shipping & adding a tracking number to your return are recommended) .
- Please note all shipping costs of item(s) being returned and/or the item(s) being exchanged for is not Lotus Couture’s responsibility.

- Must be shipped back to our store within 7 business days of receiving your order.
- All items must be in original packaging with original tags attached.
- All items must be unworn and free of any stains and/or odor.
- Must include the original invoice/packing slip
Please take a look at our size chart when placing an order. All items are limited and more than likely the item ordered will not be available in a different size by the time you receive it.
Desired reserves the right not to credit you if you return items outside the terms of our Exchange Policy.
